Sapori in Forma is the result of a blend of Innovation and Tradition. It sprang from the kitchen of Flavia Valentini who, with her tagliapasta (pasta cutter), created the imbutino. A combination of inventive design and Emilian tradition makes the imbutini truly unique, a product that’s set to become known and appreciated by foodies everywhere.

Our story
Flavia’s brainchild
Imbutini were born out of the creativity of Emilia-born Flavia. Although a nurse by profession, she’s always had a real passion for cooking. One day she found an unusually shaped pasta cutter at a flea market. It sparked an idea: the object cut out discs of pasta, from which she then obtained a new shape that retained sauces like no other. Realizing she had a winning innovation on her hands, she had the shape and trademark registered.
